Returns Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please include the tracking number for the return. Refunds for the purchase price will be processed once the returned items are received. All returns must be coordinated through our customer service team.

Received a Defective Item?

If your item is faulty, contact our support team immediately and provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defective item
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • A clear photo highlighting the defect

For parcels damaged during delivery, please include a photo of the damage and send it to our support team. Claims for damaged parcels must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements cannot be processed without proof of the issue.

Wrong Item Delivered?

If you've received the wrong item, please reach out to customer service with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item you were expecting
  • The incorrect item you received
  • A photo of the item delivered

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

Returns for defective, damaged, or faulty products are free of charge.

Returns for Other Reasons

For returns due to reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a return receipt.
